1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cuci2 ("cuci2", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at cuci2.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cuci2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3 Account Eligibility

In order to register and maintain an Account on the cuci2 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. cuci2 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any Account found to have been created by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all deposits refunded where practicable, and all associated winnings forfeited.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the cuci2 Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. cuci2 does not warrant or represent that the Platform is legal in any specific location. It is your responsibility to verify your local regulations before registering.
4. Single account: Each individual may register only one Account on the cuci2 Platform. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion agreement — whether imposed by cuci2 or by any other gambling platform or regulatory body.
6. Not acting on behalf of others: You must be registering and operating the Account solely on your own behalf. Registering or operating an Account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

By accessing the cuci2 Platform, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. In particular, you agree that:

• You will access the Platform only for genuine personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use the Platform for any commercial, business, or profit-driven purpose beyond normal player participation.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or tool to interact with the Platform in any way that is not expressly permitted.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the cuci2 servers or infrastructure.
• You acknowledge that gambling outcomes on the cuci2 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are subject to the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game.
• You accept that cuci2 reserves the right to void any transaction, bet, or payout that is found to have resulted from a technical malfunction, manifest error, or security breach.

cuci2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round is typically capped between RM250 and RM500, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and certain instant win games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonuses not fully wagered within the expiry window will be automatically forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain bonuses impose a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap is specified in the individual promotion terms and is commonly expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x).
• One bonus at a time: Users may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing active bonus is not permitted without first forfeiting the active bonus.
• Abuse and fraud: cuci2 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent activity is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the cuci2 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or the sportsbook — are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. cuci2 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error caused an incorrect bet to be placed at no fault of the User.
• Sportsbook bets on Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UFC events, and other covered markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, cuci2's determination of the final result shall be binding.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum time threshold specified in the applicable sport's rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance.
• cuci2 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or refuse bets at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings on casino games are calculated according to the published game paytable or odds at the time the bet was placed. Displayed odds or RTP figures are subject to change; the figures displayed at time of bet placement apply.
• Any bet placed using funds that are subsequently identified as fraudulent, stolen, or obtained by illegal means will be voided and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gambling

cuci2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling at all times. We provide the following tools within every User's Account dashboard, accessible at any time without restriction:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the cuci2 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the specified exclusion period.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the cuci2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, including use of another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting schemes intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used for gambling.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cuci2 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

cuci2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Request by a User to self-exclude or close their own Account.
• Failure to use the Account for a period of 12 consecutive months (inactive account).
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Upon permanent closure of a verified Account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the cuci2 Platform — including but not limited to the cuci2 name, logo, graphic design, user interface elements, game content, promotional materials, and written copy — is the proprietary intellectual property of cuci2 or its respective licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of cuci2.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuci2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; inability to access the Platform due to planned or unplanned maintenance; losses arising from network latency, internet connectivity issues, or device failure on the User's end; or losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently corrected.

cuci2's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cuci2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14 Amendments

cuci2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, cuci2 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. In cases of significant changes affecting existing Users, cuci2 may also provide notification via registered email or in-platform announcement.

Your continued use of the cuci2 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the cuci2 Platform's operational jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not otherwise resolved by the parties' good-faith discussions.

Users in Malaysia are reminded that they are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable Malaysian laws in connection with their use of the cuci2 Platform.
